With more than fifteen years of experience in the property management industry, Terry can also quickly diagnose onsite challenges or problems and create systems and programs as a long-term solution.

Terry is also a skilled and dynamic speaker, motivator, and trainer. Terry trains with local apartment associations helping fellow industry professionals towards their respective CAM, NALP, and CAPS designations. Her creative and interesting presentations inspire, motivate, and encourage her students to excel and reach their highest levels of performance.

Terry’s creative marketing skills and superior management abilities have won her numerous awards including Apartment Associations’ prestigious Award of Excellence.
